As time goes by, life will get hectic and crazy and these memories will start to fade. Planning a BFF session will help preserve these memories forever and help create some new ones during this fun photo shoot! Sadie and Kelly captured the true essence of friendship in this session and it was a blast to shoot! These two girls are so beautiful and it shows inside and out!
I wish I had done this with my best friend at some point! We've been friends since the 8th grade and a few years ago, we ended up living in different states and we don't see each other often. Don't lose out on beautiful and fun moments captured in time that you can cherish forever, so grab your bestie and join in on the fun!

The Florida Horse Park - Jen Oswald Photography

Have you been to the Florida Horse Park in Ocala? If not, it's a great to spend a Saturday or Sunday! They have so many great animal related events, usually horse or dog related. Being huge animal fans (especially horse and dog fans!), my husband and I try to make it out as often as possible. Especially when my riding instructor friend, Sarah Mackusick, is out there with her students who are competing! I grew up with Sarah, riding at the barn and mucking out our horse's stalls together. It's pretty cool to see her now with a barn where kids can grow up like we did. So whenever she is at a nearby event, I try to see her as much as possible. As a perk, I LOVE to photograph equine events. It's a huge passion of mine. Especially eventing! For those of you who don't know what eventing is, it is like a triathlon of equestrian sports. Each rider must compete in the disciplines of dressage, cross-country, and show jumping. Cross country is my favorite to photograph. It is full of excitement as horse and rider gallop across fields and jump over logs, into water, on and off banks, etc. I love it! Last weekend I went to see Sarah and got to catch a little bit of cross country and a few dressage riders during the Ocala International. It was a blast!

Cameo is a stunning fitness competitor who is gearing up for her first competition after taking years off! I met this beautiful lady during my photo shoot for The Tactical Guy and The Tactical Gal clothing lines, in which Cameo and her husband did the modeling for. (Check out the clothing line's Facebook pages to see the photos from our photo shoot) We did some new headshots for her after the shoot and I absolutely love her fitness outfit with the combat boots! Sometimes the simplest outfit can be perfect, no need to overthink things girls! Just be comfortable with yourself and you will surely rock your photo shoot! :)

I was lucky enough to meet this lovely family when I tagged along to an Oswald K9 Training session a couple of years ago. I was not expecting two adorable kids, Quin and Fiona, to be there showing me their toys and wanting an extra coloring buddy! Who doesn't like to color and feel young again?? We had not lived here long at this point, and Keira and Joe were warm and welcoming. They are a lot of fun to be around and I really enjoyed capturing the life and love in this family session! Jessica & Dennis - Jen Oswald Photography

My husband and I stumbled across this wonderful couple when they contacted my husband, owner of Oswald K9 Training, for some help with their pups. I come along with him whenever I can for some cute pet photo opportunities and was so glad I came along and met this couple; we became fast friends! I had a lot of fun watching my husband get their pups ready for their upcoming baby and I am SO honored to have done a maternity photo session for them. Jess and Dennis are so much fun to be around and you can really see the love between them and the connection the two of them have. This little boy is going to have such amazing and loving parents. I am so excited for the future of this family and I absolutely cannot WAIT to meet their baby boy (coming VERY soon!!)
